Participation in the Associate Program through the three modules CONNEX, CONVALUE, and CONEQUITY is voluntary. The seven levels of the participation program do not establish an organizational hierarchy among participants, but rather the extent of participation in the company's capital.
Participation in the CONVALUE program module — and thus the Associate Principal and Principal levels — is granted to colleagues who, through their performance and abilities, make an above-average contribution to the company's economic success, take on responsibility with tireless dedication, and serve as role models by living the shared values.
The highest level in the Associate Program — namely partnership and thus becoming an owner — is in principle open to everyone who takes on comprehensive leadership responsibility and, through their performance and abilities, contributes exceptionally to the company's growth and the development of its employees. Our partners shape the future of our company with great determination and deliver sustainable economic success. In doing so, they also serve as role models and lead with passion and inspiration.
