In this role you work as a Matrix42 Consultant across the full implementation lifecycle: configuring and adapting solutions to customer requirements, migrating data, and delivering analytics with Microsoft Power BI. You support customers in live operations, coordinate system updates, and drive the continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
Your Mission
You own the technical delivery of Matrix42 solutions from kickoff to steady-state: migrating data, configuring systems to customer requirements, and building actionable Power BI reports. You keep operations stable, drive system updates, and continuously improve live solutions. Your technical depth and service orientation translate directly into outcomes clients can see.
Your Responsibilities & Tasks
- Lead technical implementation of integrated solutions built on Matrix42 technologies
- Migrate and transfer data into customer environments
- Adapt Matrix42 configurations to meet specific customer requirements
- Build meaningful dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI
- Support customers in the day-to-day operation of deployed systems
- Plan and coordinate system updates in close alignment with the customer
- Drive ongoing evolution of solutions in collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Handle customer service requests and provide operational support
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Matrix42 certification at Associate or Professional level
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Matrix42 configuration and implementation
- Practical experience working with Microsoft Power BI
- Strong service orientation with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
- Analytical mindset combined with structured, self-directed working habits
- Fluent German (C1 or above) with good written and spoken English
- Clear and confident communication style in customer-facing situations
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience with Azure services or the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Understanding of database structures with basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to agile project methodologies including Scrum or Kanban
- Scripting or automation skills, for example in PowerShell
- Sector experience in public sector, healthcare, or enterprise IT
